The complete-file service reviews the supplied income, asset, credit, and preliminary title documents and returns a written PDF summary of calculations, observations, gaps, and possible discussion points.
What the service can include

What it does not do
The review does not approve, deny, suspend, clear conditions, establish final DTI, provide legal advice, or replace the lender’s underwriting process. Results depend on the documents supplied and may differ from a lender’s calculation or decision.
Secure delivery
After confirmed payment, sign in to the customer account and upload only the documents needed for the review. Do not send loan documents through the chatbot, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram. The completed PDF summary is returned through the secure account.
