Information we collect

Mortgage File IQ collects names and verified email addresses for guide delivery, account access, purchases, customer support, and service communications. We may also collect purchase records, product access history, support communications, and information voluntarily submitted for a paid review. Our payment provider processes payment-card details; Mortgage File IQ does not store full card numbers.

Professional file reviews

Documents submitted for a paid review are stored in restricted file storage and used to perform the requested service. Customers should submit only necessary documents and redact Social Security numbers, full account numbers, passwords, and other unnecessary sensitive information whenever possible. The person submitting documents is responsible for having authority to provide them.

How we use information

We use information to verify email addresses, deliver requested resources, fulfill purchases, operate customer accounts, perform paid reviews, provide written results, prevent fraud, maintain security, and respond to support or cancellation requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Necessary information may be processed by our website host, secure storage provider, email-delivery provider, payment processor, and other vendors required to operate the service. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

External communication and social links

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your information under their own privacy policies. Do not send loan documents, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive borrower information through social media. Use the secure customer intake for file documents.

Retention, access, correction, and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain purchase and licensing records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@mortgagefileiq.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or contractual purposes.
