Processor training & hiring
Stop guessing about your processors.
Your processors touch every file you get paid on. A weak one doesn't just slow you down — it kills files in underwriting, blows rate locks, and sends conditions in circles while your borrower shops elsewhere. This bundle trains your processors to think like underwriters — and proves it before they ever touch a live file. For brokers and loan officers who are done hoping their hires work out.
The cost of hoping
Every broker has lived it: the file that died in underwriting because conditions went in half-baked. The lock that blew because nobody watched the calendar. The borrower who walked because the file sat untouched for two weeks. That isn't bad luck — that's an untested processor holding your pipeline, and your income, in their hands.
Resumes don't process loans. Interviews don't clear conditions. This is how you see someone's judgment before it costs you money: 30 situational questions, 3 live scenarios, and a pipeline-pressure game — scored, banded, and undeniable. 85%+ hire-ready · 69–84% trainable · below 69% — now you know before the file does. Train the ones you have. Vet the ones you're about to hire. Never wonder again.
📖 The course book
The Underwriting-Minded Processor — 10 modules, 40 drills with answers, the daily checklist, loan-type submission checklists, and the full 75-condition playbook. The doctrine: think like an underwriter, then verify against the current agency guide, AUS findings, investor matrix, and lender overlay.
📝 The online assessment
Not a quiz — a proving ground. 30 situational multiple-choice questions plus 3 live scenarios (pipeline triage, file review, condition packages). 100 points, timed, and every candidate gets a different exam: questions are drawn from a bank of reworded variants in a different sequence. Part 1 auto-scores; you grade Part 2 against the rubric in minutes.
🎮 Training Edition game codes
Each seat includes a Training Edition code for Processor Mode — the pipeline-pressure game where trainees juggle live files, rate locks, the 1pm wire cutoff, and Dana Cole in underwriting. Trainees start with a favor bankroll, so a knowledgeable player moves fast and you see how quickly they can get a file to underwriting.
One seat is one seat
Each exam code works for one candidate, one time — then it's spent. A broker can't run five hires through one code. That's the point: if you're assessing five people, you need the 5-pack.

How the assessment works
1. Hand out a code
Give each candidate their single-use exam code. It works once — when they submit, it's spent.
2. They take a unique exam
30 questions drawn from 90 reworded variants, shuffled order, then 3 live scenarios. 2.5 hours, timed, auto-submitted at zero.
3. You get the verdict
Part 1 scores itself. You grade the 3 scenarios against the rubric — minutes per candidate. Final score is the percentage: 85%+ hire-ready · 69–84% trainable · below 69% not ready.
Questions
Can I share the eBook with my whole team?
The individual license is one user; the 5-pack includes a team license. Every copy is marked as a licensed single copy — not for redistribution.
Can two candidates get the same exam?
Practically no. Each exam draws one of three reworded variants for every question and shuffles the order — 90 question variants plus alternate scenarios. Side-by-side candidates get different tests.
Who grades the scenarios?
You do — with the rubric. Each scenario has point-by-point grading criteria, so it takes minutes per candidate, and the dashboard computes the final percentage and band.
Is this a hiring test or training?
Both. New hires prove they can run a pipeline before they touch yours; aspiring processors train with the book and the game, then prove it on the exam.
What does the game add?
The book teaches the technical layer; the exam proves judgment; the game teaches the pressure layer — triage, deadlines, favors, and the cost of sloppy files. Training Edition codes give trainees a favor bankroll so skill, not waiting, sets the pace.
Built as educational materials — not lending advice. Verify every guideline against the current agency guide, AUS findings, investor matrix, and lender overlay before any live file decision.
